The Bug
When you create a new world and place down an entity (like a boat, minecart or armor stand) you are able to attempt to enchant it with /enchant. If you break the entity though you won't be able to do it again. You can also do it with a painting as well but not an item frame.

Affected Entities

• Minecart
• Armor Stand
• Boat
• Painting

Replicate

• Create a new world
• Place down an affected entity
• do /enchant
• You will notice a string of letters & numbers that correspond with that entity
