      Description

Switching clouds to off caused the cloud models to become attached to the in game camera.

What I expected to happen was...:
      Clouds should stop rendering entirely

      What actually happened was...:
Clouds not only still rendered but stopped animating and moved with the player head.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Make sure clouds are on
      2. open graphics menu and set clouds to off
      3. Watch a bunch of square clouds clip through the ground as you spin your head around
