The bug
When the Wither is killed, the health bar at the top of the screen does not update to show zero health. This is not the case in previous versions.
How to reproduce
- Use the following command to summon a Wither:
/summon wither
- Use another command to get a very powerful Strength effect:
/effect give @s strength 60 127
- Kill the Wither and then observe the health bar at the top.

You will notice that the health bar does not show zero health when the Wither is killed.
