I have been attempting to play survival in 20w22a but can never find loot in any chest I find. it is very peculiar as I would not think this would affect pre-generated or custom loot tables but it appears to do so.

how to replicate
1. open a new world in the specified version
2. find any structure with a chest with a loot table
3. find chest empty
