End gateways not generating

      I just defeated the Ender Dragon twice, and no gateways generated at all.
      Just reloaded my world and still no end gateways.
      Deleted the end folder in my world, and fought the dragon again, still no end gateways generating at all.
      Just for clarification, this world was created in 20w21a
