When using bone meal on very small patches of either type of nylium, it seems like the wrong things are growing.

Both types of nylium occasionally grow fungi of the opposite nylium type (crimson nylium grows occasional warped fungi and vice versa). Additionally, warped nylium does not seem to produce either twisting vines or nether sprouts.

I'm actually playing on 20w21a, not 22, but nothing about this seems to be mentioned in the 22a patch notes.
