When loading a new world and searching a chest for example in a village there's no loot. i was also exploring the nether in my survival world (which i made in 1.15.2) and my newly loaded piglin bastion had no loot in any chests.

to recreate this bug simply load a new world in the current snapshot and look for chests in villages, piglin bastions etc.
