So far Bastions, Villages, Ruined Portals and Shipwrecks have not contained any loot ( In the chests ) what so ever. I will say that Desert Temples & Mineshafts do, in fact, spawn loot though. Don't know anything that would cause this, might be a issue when generating the world / chunks.
