How to reproduce
- Use a command to summon some bees that are holding a renamed item
/summon bee ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[{id:stone,Count:1b,tag:{display:{Name:"\"test\""}}}]} - Hit one to aggravate them all
- Let them hit you
- If they don't kill you, summon more and repeat
- When they kill you, look at the death message
