With the latest snapshot (20w22a) on 29-May-2020 a cloud cover pattern remains in place around me wherever I walk within my Survival world.

What I expected to happen was...:

When I move around the world the cloud cover moves independent of me

What actually happened was...:

The cloud cover pattern follows me an impedes vision be it in the open world or within a cave.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start the Minecraft Launcher

2. Play my Survival world with the 20w22a snapshot.
