How to reproduce:
Spawn 2 villagers
Wait until they start “talking”(looking at each other and standing still)
Place a workstation
—> [X] one of them starts looking at the workstation instead of villager #2 but doesnt move to it and claim the job until the talk is finished

Expected results: the villager waits until the “talk” ends and then he looks at the workstation and claims it
