The bug

Piglins that are outside of the piglin hunt slides their heads from side to side as if they have joined the in the dance.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn groups of piglins and small groups of hoglins until the piglins starts dancing
2. Spawn piglins
   → The piglins spawned after the ones that started dancing, slides their heads. It only happens if both the group of dancing piglins and the one that wasn't in the hunt are on screen. If offscreen, the piglin that wasn't in the hunt stops sliding its head, causing the issue MC-186092 to occur
