The bug

When enabling a data pack and then observing it when typing /datapack enable in chat, the data pack still shows up in the list of options even when the data pack is already enabled. This is not the case in previous snapshots and versions.

How to reproduce

1. Use /datapack enable <name> to enable a data pack.
2. Type /datapack enable in chat and then observe the same data pack in the list of available options.
   → You will notice that the data pack still shows up in the list even if it has already been enabled.
