Texture bug that affects performance and frames per second, this bug puts textures and skin black, blocks, entities and items

What I expected to happen was...:
That the textures load correctly

What actually happened was...:
All the game textures turned black and the fps dropped considerably and it was impossible to play, from 60 or 80 fps down to 10 or 5

1. I just started the game and I got into a server and the textures got like this
