What I expected to happen:

When I created a superflat world I expected it to look normal

What actually happened:

The skybox appeared black until I flew up to y=62

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Superflat World under 60 blocks in height (in creative mode)
2. Sky appears dark until flying up past y=62
