Well to some it up, I just spawned some foals. Expecting for them to just run around or something before I would train/grow them.

All of a sudden, I hear the horse damage noise, and some of the foals were spinning, like they would in a mob spawner, and they were shaded grey and suffocating. This happens to most of the foals. They just get stuck in blocks and die.
1. Spawn foals anywhere I suppose with blocks higher than them, blocks they can jump on.
2. Sit and wait.
3. Some get stuck and die.

Now this happened to me 5 times. In 2 separate days. I do not know if this is a glitch or "Bug" because I am no computer geek, but i just wanted you to know about it. I did not check if you already know about this, but if you do I am sorry for wasting your time and babbling like an uninformed idiot.
