Rain will travel through slabs as seen in the pictures. It doesn't go through normal blocks or stairs, just slabs.

If there is a full block under the slab, the rain also goes through that (The rain goes through the slab portion of my roof and then through the solid floor but if the roof is solid or stairs, it doesn't have that issue).
