Shift-clicking a netherite ingot in a smithing table moves the ingot to first slot, the gear slot, while it was expected to move to the second slot, the ingot slot.

The current behavior is also inconsistent with what happens when you shift-clicking a lapis lazuli in the enchantment table UI.
