when i set up my enderman farm in the end i of course put a max level enchantment table set up at the farm. when i went to use it for the first time i realized that it wasnt boosted to level 30. nothing i tried could fix it (eg. rearranging bookshelves, removing carpet, removing torches etc) (also not there are no particle effects there either)
