I am Playing in the latest snapshot of 1.16 and I am in a survival World

When I Kill the dragon It was supposed to generate a portal to go to the islands but nothing happend, I put in spectator mode to find more rapdly but litteraly, it didin't generated, I killed the dragon 1 more time just to see if was a little coinscidensce but again nothing happend.
