Bastion_remnant and fortress can't be used in old chunk.

      The world creates in 20w20b, and the generated fortress can't be checked in 20w21a.

      Wither Skeleton and Blaze can't be generated in fortress. But the new chunk can generate them.

       Bastion_remnant is the same as fortress.
