I just built a guardian farm in the 20w20a-20w20b snapshot and it was working great. I then updated to 20w21a and guardians no longer spawn inside the farm. The farm I built it a tank of water inside a large area of drained ocean which used to house an ocean monument. prior to updating, I was getting over 20,000 drops per hour. Now I get zero.
