A structure block gives no warning when the structure would cut off outside the height limit.

      Description

When attempting to place a block above y=256, an error message stating that this is not possible is displayed.

But when loading a structure block, no warning message is shown if the structure bounding box goes partially or entirely above y=256 (or below y=0 for that matter).  When the structure gets cut off, or not generated at all, it still gives a success message like "Structure loaded from '<folder>/<file>'"
