Bonus Chests generate by default in 20w20b server

      When I generate a world on a 20w20b server, a bonus chest will generate.

      To reproduce:

      1. Create a 20w20b server (superflat makes finding the chest easy)
      2. Look around the spawn chunks to find the bonus chest
