      The bug

      Illagers spawned at raids are passive when the Y-axis above or equals to 124.

      Reproduction

      1. Make a village with a structure that its Y-axis is above 124.
      2. Get the Bad Omen effect.
      •  If lucky, illagers will spawn at the tall structure and remain passive. (It may take a few waves/tries)
