When in the inventory screen, with the recipe book open, I cannot grab or move items out of the top right box in my inventory. This issue occurs with a variety of items, stacked or singular. This issue does not occur with the recipe book closed.

While this seems similar to an earlier bug report I found (MC-143776), which seemed to occur on an earlier version in both the Java and Xbox versions, the issue occurring in 20w19a does not lag the game nor does a fix related to chest opening seem to exist.
