Out of nowhere, hopper stacks started pulling multiple items. This happens on all worlds and persists through client and even system restarts. 

 (the bug also persists through game mode changes)

I had submitted this once, and a mod had done what appeared to be closing the ticket. I'm sorry if there was something I missed and I wasn't supposed to rewrite the ticket, but here we are.
