Block states
When you have scaffolding and break the block at the very bottom the scaffolding at the same hight gets broken at the same time, but it is supposed to break successively like bamboo and kelp etc.
How to reproduce:
1. Make a pillar with scaffolding.
2. Make a small platform on the pillar.
3. Break the very bottom.
What I observed: The scaffolding at different hights breaks successively, but the scaffolding of the platform will all break at the same time.
What I expected: The scaffolding at the same hight will also break successively like the blocks of the pillar.
This bug also causes a little bit of lag, because of the particles. If that bug wouldn't exist, there would be less particles at the same time and less lag.
