So I've been having this problem with the latest snapshot trying to start up a server for me and my friends.

I download the server file, and there are 23 errors at the top about the chunk generator type unable to bootstrap, and tha t it was empty. and then theres errors about "the handle is invalid", and when it gets passed that it loads the advancements, but doesnt generate the world. a world folder pops up, but theres nothing inside of it, and when i go into the multiplayer servers list, all it says is that its "old" and the server is out of date, which it isnt because im on the right snapshot 20w19a.

I've had this trouble for several days now, and I've made a 1.12.2 server in the passed that works just fine, and I made a 1.8.9 server recently just to see if it was my system, it wasnt because all of my friends could join and the world generated. I would like to get some help, its been like a couple days since this started and I'm losing all of my patience. Me and my friends just want to play with netherite and the new nether biomes

(and when i try typing stop or something in the log nothing happens either, it doesnt close, and it doesnt even see it as a command)
