mobs cant walk over rails

What I expected to happen was...:
mobs walking over rails

What actually happened was...:
mobs didnt walk over rails

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a square out of rails
2. put a mob in it (a zombie for exemple)
3. try to lure it (a villager for exemple)
