Dear Minecraft Staff

I have recently spotted some of the bugs that I've been trying to fix it;

1. After launching Minecraft, the screen pops out that says "Mojang" with the loading bar below, it stops loading until 90% loaded and it will say "Not Responding"

But I've found out ways to fix that which is to go to "Start Task Manager" and to end 2 MinecraftLauncher.exe processes.

2. After joining Hypixel or any other public servers, the players' skin in the game are all Alexes or Steves, which their skins are not loaded, except my skin which is loaded 

I hope that the Minecraft Staff will be able to fix these issues for me and for others who might have the same issues.
