Steps:

1) Resize Window to 800 high
2) Change GUI Scale option to Small
3) Look at Singleplayer > Rename World screen
4) Look at Multiplayer > Direct Connect screen

The title seems to not be linked to the other GUI elements, so they can overlap.

Having the title being fixed like in all other existent screen in the game.
