Spawning foxes with egg in snowy biomes does not always spawn white variant.

      White fox variants appear to only spawn in snowy variants of the biomes they spawn naturally. For example, if I use a fox egg in a snowy tundra it spawns a red fox and not a white fox. (second picture is in snowy_tundra)
