You can't sprint in Spectator when you switch to it in a block(only if using arrow keys to move)

      Description

      Sometimes, mostly if you are in a block, you don't sprint in Spectator mode. Sometimes you can, but it seems mostly random.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. MC-191669 Sprint key can get disabled in spectator mode when switching your game mode (F3+N) while sprinting underground, not allowing you to sprint in spectator anymore
