This happens in all versions.

The first bug happens in the server list, even when my mouse is no where near the servers it shows the little arrow you can press on to play on a server on all of the servers. (I left a picture of it in the pictures area.

The second bug is that when I'm on servers in any version or single player when I try to move something around in my inventory I have to click and hold it down to move it around instead of just being able to click on it the once I'm done moving it around I click again to put it down in the inventory. On servers like Hypixel and Mineplex etc I have to click on the things and drag them to be able to go into the games.
