Rain and Saplings

      Hi, Hope this message finds you well. So I was playing on the latest snapshot and I noticed a couple of bugs hope that they can be fixed.

       

      Bug 1: Raining inside a building/closed roof
      While I was playing I noticed that when it rains the rain particles are still seen under a roofed area as shown in the Screenshots. 

       

      Bug 2: Saplings not growing
      I also noticed that the quadruple saplings  (Large spruce trees,Jungle,Dark oak) saplings are not growing whatsoever altho that the tick speed is set to normal as shown in the screenshot.
