The Performance of the new Update overall is very bad, and continues the Problems of the last years. In 1.15.2 I usually got 56-60FPS now in the Snapshots im down to 0-15FPS. The game is barely playable at this moment. The System does use the exact same Resources as in 1.15.2.

testing the same scenario on Fedora linux resolves in normal 50-60FPS stable.
same apps were opened (except onedrive and antivirus[background tasks i cant stop]) and the notebook was also powered.
