      A Minecraft world was open on one instance of Minecraft, then the world was open again in another instance of Minecraft while the first instance of Minecraft remains on the world. Closing both instances then re-logging into the world results in loaded chunks being relocated.

      I did this by accident while copying a Redstone build from my test world to my hardcore world, and all loaded chunks (my location and spawn chunks) became scrambled.

      I hope that some kind of block could be added to prevent you from opening an already opened save so this kind of accident doesn't occur. ;-;
