I was trying to build an automatic Nether portal, but when the lever turns off the redstone torch the sticky piston remains activate. I even removed all blocks nearby one by one and it didn't deactivate. It first happened on my survival world, but then I tried it on many other creative worlds or re-openning the program, but it didn't fix anything.
