If you are riding a boat in water, then switch to 3rd person view and you position camera right below the surface of the water, you can see without any underwater effects or blur. This can be used to find underwater structures more easily (you can see far longer distances etc.) I will attach a photo with a bug and then how it should be. Both are taken on the same place.
