When flying in creative mode, movement using the WASD and SPACE (up) controls stop the player when the key is no longer pressed, regardless of any other settings enabled in the game.  Flying down using the SNEAK key, however is dependent upon the sneak toggle setting.  This is inconsistent with other modes of movement.  These two functions should, ideally, be mapped to separate keys.
