When I take old maps out of item frames, the map updates with blocks that are not there.

What I expected to happen was...:
It would update to the correct blocks as it did in the past.

      What actually happened was...:
The plains biome landscape had strips of grey running through it in random horizontal lines. Buildings with shadows were occasionally greyed on the shadow side with random holes showing the color of a block underneath (such as grass if a roof was over grass) on the map. Rivers had randomly placed bridges of stone depicted far and few apart.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Find an item frame with a map in it from a previous update (Not tested for all maps or item frames, but maps from 1.15 in item frames at least have this glitch).
      2. Remove the map into your inventory and allow it to update.
