I've noticed that in the recent 1.16 snapshots rain has been falling through large amounts of blocks in my survival world that I've had since Minecraft 1.13. It seems to occur all throughout my base from bedrock almost all the way to build height. Whats most annoying about it is hearing loud rain noises while mining, I can fix the particles themselves by breaking and replacing the block the rain is falling through, but the rain still hits the top of the block I replaced, making an annoying rain noise. I checked online to see if anyone else had noticed this bug, but all the reports of it were in previous versions of the game.
