Text for Minecraft is Spaced out and contains strange dots, From the main menu onwards e.g. Names of items

I thought the text would be as it always has been.

Names of items and text in minecraft began to be spaced and contained random spots in it.

1. Open MinecraftDev 13w24b, add(choose) a resourcepack
2. Close MinecraftDev 13w24b
3. Open MinecraftDev 13w24b
and then it appears.
