Redstone
What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the redstone to power the redstone device (piston in this case) above it, since the redstone was pointing upwards.
What actually happened was...:
It did not power the redstone device.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a power level 1 redstone climbing up a block to a power level 0 redstone.
2. Place piston (or other transparent redstone device) above power level 1 redstone.
