The Bug
Redstone can't be powered by redstone from above despite other non full blocks (Like Trapdoors) being able to. Also same thing with comparators and repeaters

Replicate

• Create a contraption where redstone is above redstone (refer to the image below)
• Notice that when the top one is powered the bottom one isn't
• Do it with a Trapdoor on the ground
• Notice it does activate
