What I expected to happen was...:
when I was mining underground it was raining and I went mining to escape the rain.

What actually happened was...: but when I was mining in the underground the rain animation is seen in the underground, and when I went to the surface there are spots where there is no rain animation, and also in the house i build even if there's roof the rain animation goes through.
