      Raining under roof, caves, solid blocks in general

      What I expected to happen was...:
      The drops don't piercing solid blocks

      What actually happened was...:
      I was walking inside a cave and then the weather of outside were falling inside an isolated cave

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. I updated the game AND my world from version 20w16a to version 20w17a
      2. This bug has been happening since then
