This bug although brought up by past reports has returned despite being resolved before. I acknowledge the fact that this is a duplicate of bug reported in the past, but had to report this due to just how annoying it can be when playing survival. Today, I just witnessed this bug in 1.15.2 as a skeleton dropped down from a platform above me and started to go crazy on the bottom half slabs I had on my floor. The skeleton pathed to me rapidly and quickly while also shooting and running around me at a rapid pace making it seriously difficult to hit. 

I hope these screenshots that I've provided are sufficient for evidence of this. These are screenshots of me testing and confirming the existence of this bug. Just with the small area I made, this bug was easy to recreate.
