Right clicking a mob to spawn the baby version doesn’t play the hand swing animation when not aiming at a block through the mob. 

How to reproduce:

1. Spawn for example a husk. 
2. Right click the husk to spawn the baby variant.

When not aiming at a block through the mob the hand swing animation does not play but when aiming at a block through the mob it does. This relates to MC-172610 and MC-165669.
